Mary Immaculate Catholic School Band

The Mary Immaculate Band is open to all 4th – 8th grade students of all experience levels this year.

All bands focus on performance and both the social and educational aspects of being a member of a band and learning an instrument. Beginner band requires no previous experience, while Concert band requires at least 1 year of experience on your instruments. All musicians will perform on campus for a Christmas Concert, a Spring Concert, Pep Rallies, and other activities throughout the school year. Students are also eligible to attend the additional community concerts throughout the year, including at a Dallas Stars Game in April.

 Students can play flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, bass guitar, and drums.

Wednesday, August 13 during school: Student Instrument Demonstration

Friday, August 15 during school: Student Instrument Selection Class Visits

Monday, August 18 at 6:30 PM: Parent Information & Instrument Rental Meeting

Wednesday, August 25: Band Begins

Christmas Concert (All Bands): Tuesday, December 9 at 2:00 PM and 6:30 PM

Spring Concert (All Bands) : Tuesday, May 5 at 2:00 PM and 6:30 PM

May 28: Final Day of Band
